Promotional Product FAQs – Everything You Need to Know
1. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Technically, there is no minimum order quantity for most of our products. However, we highly recommend starting at a minimum of 25 to 50 units, depending on the item and branding method.
Some premium or eco-conscious items may require a higher MOQ, including many items from the Far East. For smaller quantities, we’ll always suggest the best available options.
2. How long does it take to receive my order?
European Union (including the UK):
Standard production and delivery times range from 3 to 7 days, depending on the product, branding method, and European supplier locations. As we serve clients from across the EU, it does vary greatly, and we recommend you to contact us to confirm a lead time.
Far East:
For items from the Far East, production times may vary between 15 - 25 days, alongside this, there are 4 different delivery methods - Fast Air (7 - 10 days), Slow Air (15 - 20 days), Fast Sea (30 - 35 days), Slow Sea (60 - 90 days). Each method has a different price range, despite a longer time to produce and deliver, they offer spectacularly cost-effective, diverse products.

3. Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes, we can send plain or pre-branded samples on request. Some samples are free, while others may have a small cost — especially for branded prototypes. Get in touch and we’ll arrange the right sample for your needs.
4. Do you offer eco-friendly promotional products?
Absolutely. We offer a wide range of sustainable and recycled merchandise, including organic cotton tote bags, bamboo pens, and more. Just ask us for our eco collection — it’s popular across Europe.
5. What printing methods are available?
We offer a full range of branding techniques including screen printing, embroidery, laser engraving, pad printing, sublimation, and more. The best method completely depends on your artwork and the product material — we’ll guide you every step of the way.
6. Can you help with logo setup and artwork?
Yes — our design team can help prepare your logo files for print at no extra cost. Whether you need vectorisation or want to explore different layout options, we’ll make sure it looks spot-on.
7. Are the prices listed inclusive of branding?
In most cases, our quotes are all-inclusive — covering the product, single-colour branding, setup, and delivery. We’ll always be transparent, and if any extras apply (like multiple print colours or urgent delivery), we’ll absolutely let you know upfront.
8. What if I need delivery to multiple addresses or countries?
No problem! We offer multi-address fulfilment across Europe and beyond. Whether you’re shipping to offices in France, Spain, Italy or the UK — we’ll handle the logistics for you.
This includes worldwide delivery to various different locations such as Singapore, UAE, Canada, or Ghana for example - we can do it!
9. Can I return or cancel my order?
Since all products are custom-made, they can’t be returned unless there’s a manufacturing issue. But don’t worry — we’ll send visual proofs before production and keep you updated at every stage to avoid any surprises.
10. Do you offer express or last-minute services?
Yes — we know campaigns can be last-minute. While not all items qualify, we do offer rush production and fast-track delivery on selected items. Let us know your deadline and we’ll find a solution.
