Production and delivery
- Production: Minimum 5-7 working days after artwork approval, or 10 working days for embroidery.
- Standard delivery: Around 5 working days to the UK, dispatched by ROLY from Murcia, Spain.
- Express delivery: Air freight in 48-72 hours after dispatch, at an extra cost confirmed on your quotation.
- Northern Ireland: No import duties to pay: goods from the EU move duty-free to Northern Ireland under the Windsor Framework.
- England, Scotland and Wales: Delivered on DAP terms, so import duties and VAT are payable to the carrier, who will contact you with the amount before delivery. Prompt payment avoids delays.
