    4Who we reply to

    Good to know

    • Northern Ireland: delivery is quoted per order; some suppliers need a Windsor Framework declaration.
    • Highlands and Islands: plan longer; surcharges may apply.
    • Events: we plan arrival 2 working days before opening, never on opening day.
    • Delivery is often a single attempt: give a named recipient and a phone number.
    • No preference: goods from European suppliers clear customs, on DDP or DAP terms agreed before dispatch.
    • Express line: selected items only, chosen before dispatch.

Quotation valid until 20 November 2026

Assumptions: quantities, branding and addresses as listed, print-ready artwork.

Choose a number to see what it means

    1. The SC reference follows your order from quote to delivery: quote it in every email and on your purchase order.

    2. Up to three options side by side: here Standard, Express line and Premium brand. Ask us to revise against a budget, a date or a quantity.

    3. Unit prices exclude VAT and apply at the quantity quoted; the next price break is shown where it helps.

    4. The one-off cost of preparing your logo for production, such as a print screen or embroidery digitising: shown once, never hidden in unit prices.

    5. Each UK address has its own line. Northern Ireland is quoted per order, the Highlands and Islands may carry a surcharge, and events get delivery 2 working days before opening.

    6. Prices are ex VAT; UK VAT at 20% is added as one line, and if any item carries a different rate, the quote says so. Invoices come from Swish and Click Ltd in pounds sterling, VAT number GB 530 7553 02.

    7. Goods from European suppliers travel through customs. DDP or DAP is agreed before dispatch; under DAP the receiver pays import VAT and duty, so we quote the full landed cost up front.

    8. Lead time runs from proof approval and cleared payment, or your PO on a credit account. It is an estimate, not a guarantee; prices hold until the date shown.

FAQ 03What does the quote include?

Why unit prices fall as quantities rise

Each price break lowers the product price, and the one-off setup charge is shared across more units.

FAQ 08How long does production take?FAQ 13Can you guarantee a delivery date?

      What happens in production

      1. We place your order with the UK-based or European supplier that makes the item.

      2. Branding starts only after you approve the supplier’s digital proof in writing.

      3. Printing, engraving or embroidery, exactly as shown on the approved proof.

      4. Items are checked against the approved proof and the order quantity.

      5. Packed and handed to the courier; tracking is emailed to you at dispatch.

Express is possible on some items: decide before dispatch, because a standard shipment cannot be upgraded later.

Tracked to the door, then looked after

Every address gets its own recipient, phone number and date. Our suppliers, in the UK or elsewhere in Europe, dispatch direct to your addresses, and after delivery the same team looks after reorders and anything that is not right.

      Goods from a European supplier

Customs clearance comes first. DDP (we handle the import) or DAP (the receiver pays import VAT and any duty and needs a GB EORI number) is agreed before dispatch, with the full landed cost on your quote. Power banks and Bluetooth items travel by road.

      One order, many addresses

      12

One order, one reference: your quote lists a delivery line per address, each with its recipient, phone and date. VAT stays simple: 20% on every UK line.

Quoted per order; some suppliers need a Windsor Framework declaration for goods staying in Northern Ireland. Plan 2 working days longer.

      Follow the parcel

      1. Tracking is emailed to you at dispatch.

      2. Allow 1 to 2 working days for the first scan.

      3. Tracking can sit still for a day or so: quiet spells are normal, especially through customs.

      4. Often a single delivery attempt, so a reachable named recipient and phone number matter.

      5. Proof of delivery closes the order; aftercare stays open.

More answers on our FAQ page →
      01

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No fixed minimum: we quote small runs too. A one-off set-up cost is shared across the quantity, so unit prices fall as quantities rise.

      02

Is a quote free, and can I see a mock-up or sample first?

Quotes are free and carry no obligation, with mock-ups wherever they exist. Physical samples are possible on request, with the sample and courier charged.

      03

What does the quoted price include?

Unit prices exclude VAT. The total includes set-up and origination, the proof and standard delivery, one line per address. Optional extras such as express production are listed below the total.

      04

How and when do I pay?

Either on the pro forma before production, by bank transfer quoting your SACEU order number, or on 30-day credit terms once your application is approved.

      05

Will VAT be charged on my order?

VAT follows the delivery country: reverse charge for EU businesses with a VIES-valid VAT number registered there, the destination rate through the One-Stop Shop for other EU deliveries, no VAT outside the EU, where import charges are the receiver’s.

      06

What logo file do you need?

A vector file: AI, EPS or a vector PDF. If you only have a JPG or PNG, we can often convert it for free, case by case, and you approve the converted file in writing before it is used.

      07

What should I check on the proof?

Text and spelling, the logo’s position, its size and the colours. Production starts only after you reply ‘OK, approved’; standard tolerances are listed on the proof.

      08

      How long does production take?

Express lines from suppliers such as Mid Ocean, Stricker, PF Concept and XD Connects produce selected items from 2 working days; others take longer. Standard items take 7 to 14 working days from artwork approval, bespoke about four weeks or more, plus transit.

      09

Can one order go to several addresses, a trade show or outside the EU?

Yes. Each address gets its own recipient, local phone number, method and date, and VAT is assessed per delivery country. Trade show deliveries should arrive a day or two before opening; outside the EU, customs adds days.

      10

What if something arrives damaged or wrong, and how do I reorder?

Send photos and your SC reference: we acknowledge at once, investigate with the manufacturer or courier and agree the remedy case by case. To reorder, quote the same reference and the new quantity.

      11

Do you work with local as well as international clients?

Yes: from a single office ordering for its own city to groups supplying teams across 33 markets, with quotes in 25 languages and VAT and delivery handled per destination.
