Pack it like the food agencies say
- Freeze the ice packs the night before, and pack them in the cool bag.
- Use a separate cool bag for the picnic food.
- Keep chilled food cold: the fridge target is 5 °C or below.
- Above 32 °C, one hour is the limit. Below that, two.
